Graduate Medical Representatives: Lagos

Reports to: National Sales Manager

The Job:

The successful candidate will:

  • Ensure achievement of sales objectives and development of the company’s market potential within defined territory, through Drive sales and promotional activities in the assigned territory to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Implement sales objectives and develop company’s strategy and policies.
  • Implement marketing programmes in the assigned locations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Pharm or related degree
  • NYSC Certificate.
  • Registration with Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria will be an advantage
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
  • 0-2years experiences.

Corporate Sales Executives: Lagos

The Job

The successful candidate will:

  • Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry
  • Research & analyze sales options.
  • Establish contacts and develop relationships with prospects
  • Make Recommendations to Management on profit and service improvements
  • Maintain relationships with clients, provide support, information, and guidance;
  • Research and recommend new opportunities
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Continuously assess the market in order to identify new customers and add to the existing customer base to provide lobby of loyal customers.
  • Follow up territorial sales forecasts on monthly basis.
  • Ensure database update of territory customers
  • Develop long term profitable Business relationship with Trades.
  • Provide feedback on customer business development, competitive activity and product performance to assist in development of Trade marketing plan.
  • Communicate Messages properly on company brands, attribute & consumers benefits

 

Requirements

  • First degree (HND /BSc/ B. Eng) in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or sales relevant role.
  • Sector knowledge an added advantage
  • Effective communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

 

Front Office Executive/ Data Analyst: Lagos

The Job:

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage the Front Office
  • Collate data, Interpret and analyze results
  • Analyze sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
  • Develop and implement databases, manage data collection systems, data analytic and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases / data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum of a BSc Computer Science Degree or its equivalent in any related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years cognate experience with a corporate organization.
  • Prior experience in management of large database of field employees
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables.
  • Must be information technology savvy

 

Executive Driver: Lagos

Requirements:

  • SSCE/ GCE (O/L)
  • Valid Drivers License
    Good Communication Skill/ Interpersonal Skills
  • Sufficient knowledge of Lagos roads
  • Minimum 5years experience
