Job Description

We are seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our team. You will oversee providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our organization’s lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Achieving sales target.
Stock budgeting.
Requisition monitoring and Audit based on sales trends.
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Work with the Admin Panel and plan for short and long-term goals.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Support worker communication with the management team.
Daily training and briefing of staffs, supervisor, shift manager based on hygiene, food hazard and safety.
Offselling, upselling and increase in sales strength.
Daily tracking of waste returns and bad and damaged trend and documentation.
Work/job scheduling of staff and job functions.

Requirements

MBA, M.SC, Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or related field.
Experience in management, operations, and leadership in the club.
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid understanding of financial management.

Responsibilities

Regulation of production process procedures to enhance consistency and uniqueness in services.
Consistent cross-check of hygiene and sanitation flow of all departments.
Standardization of inventory grammages and standards for receiving all inventories.
Overseeing storages i.e portioned store, production and customer services.
Conducting routines and non-routines of in-process materials, raw materials and finished products.
Checking dimensions and surface quality of random batches of inventory items to ensure they meet the company’s quality and standard.
Investigating customer complaints regarding quality issues and developing solutions.
Assist in the development of needed records and standards and also maintain accurate system workflow.
Generation and analysis of production reports if necessary.
Collate all the departments’ reports on bad& damaged, returns and inter-department transfers daily reports.
Performing the quality inspections process of recipe procedures and production process.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with at least 5 years experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule
Perform maintenance-related repairs
Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained
Perform daily work orders and provide reports
Hands-on, Equipment Troubleshooting (Generators, ACs, Fridge & Freezer, Oven / Electrical Oven, Water Treatment Plant, etc).

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a B.Eng, B.Sc, or HND with at least 5 years experience.
