We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Technical Support Intern – Edo State (SME): Edo

Department: Commercial
Responsibilities

The Technical Support Intern will be responsible for the following functions:

  • Configure, test and provide assistance to customers on CRM platform.
  • Perform 1st level fault troubleshooting tasks.
  • Liaise with transmission and fibre planning teams for surveys and installations.
  • Liaise with vendor(s) for customer installations.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Critically analyse customer complaints and issues with a bid to providing lasting solution.
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting when required.
  • Continually drive customer satisfaction through speedy resolution of complaints.
  • Coordinate 3rd party installation and support activities.
  • Run weekly reports on incidents – opportunities and complaints in Benin City.
  • Network management and monitoring.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

  • BSc / HND in a relevant study.
  • CCNA will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is an added advantage.
  • Minimum years of Experience: 1
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Multitasking skills.

Demands of the Job:

  • Constant communication to customers is required to understand requests, complaints and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Working after office hours may be required.
  • Job requires a lot of patience.
