We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Female Porter/Front Desk Officer: Ondo

Job Description

  • Checks the daily arrival list of students during resumption period.
  • To be present at the Reception desk ready to assist and attend to students, colleagues and visitors when requested.
  • Ensure collection of room keys from students before they step out of the hostel.
  • Direct student that are just resumimg to their rooms.
  • Inspects student rooms from time to time to ensure orderliness.


  • HND/Bsc qualification.
  • Must be able to communicate well in English.
  • Must be Agile/Smart.
  • Maintains appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards in the hostel.
  • Ensures students lives safely and in harmony the hostel
  • She must reside within Ilara Mokin, IgbaroOke and environs.

Driver: Lagos


  • Applicant must have a valid drivers license
  • Age 27 and above
  • Minimum of an O’ Level Certificate
  • Must be able to use an Android phone seamlessly
  • Applicant must have at least 3 years driving experience
  • Must be conversant with Lagos routes and south west environ
  • Must reside within Mowe axis
  • Must be humble and respectful
  • Must be smart and intelligent

Marketing Executive: Lagos

Job Description

  • Marketing of the following services to Banks we are enlisted with and institutions:
    • Property Valuation
    • Project Management
    • Property Management
    • Facility Management
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Promote services through advertisements using various channels.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices


  • A Degree in Estate Management, Marketing, Economics or other field with a minimum qualification of Second Class Upper division
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suites excellently.
  • Must be a smart, outspoken, bold and good looking Female.
