Brand Assistant: Lagos

Details:

We need a brand assistant to perform market research in order to measure the effect of marketing and promotional strategies for a brand. This position will need the you to understand the perception of the consumers. To develop a new product or product range for an existing brand, the brand assistant again has to identify the needs of the consumers before going further. The brand assistant presents the research reports to the brand manager and helps in the development of placement and promotional strategies for the brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify Consumer Requirements
  • Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
  • Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor
  • Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests
  • Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work
  • Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
  • Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.

Details:

We are seeking a receptionist who is expected to greet vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors and arrange for transportation services when needed. She also needs to direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. May operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party

Details:

We require an accountant to prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Report organization’s finances to management and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information
  • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
  • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Secure financial information by completing database backups
  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
