Assistant Human Resources Manager: Lagos

Skills and Competency
  • Human Resources Operations Management
  • Recruitment, Learning and Development
  • Performance Management
  • Compensation/Benefit Administration
  • HR Database Management
  • Policy formulation and implementation
  • Organizational Effectiveness and restructuring
  • Talent Management
  • Payroll Management
  • Knowledge of Nigeria labor law.

Experience And Qualification

  • Minimum of 10 years working experience
  • Experience from FMCG and Hospitality industry is a must
  • BSc. / MSc. only
  • Professional qualification is an added advantage
  • Ability to manage staff strength of a minimum of 1,000.00 in different locations across the country of our client business
