Urgent Vacancy for a Client Service Executive (Female) in A Marketing Communications Company

Eugene + George Consulting Limited – Eugene + George Consulting Limited – We seek a proactive and detail-oriented CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE (Female) to join our client’s dynamic marketing communications team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and the delivery of high-quality service that meets client objectives.

Client Service Executive (Female): Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client goals and marketing needs, and translate them into actionable creative briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approvals.
• Work closely with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
• Monitor and report campaign performance and results to clients, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches for new and existing clients.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to client accounts.
• Ensure consistent client satisfaction and drive opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass communications, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A master’s degree is an added advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Smart and forward-looking personality with excellent leadership skills and integrity

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with branding, digital marketing, or integrated campaigns.
• Knowledge of advertising trends, market research, and consumer behavior.

Salary: Handsome remuneration + HMO, pension, and 13th month bonus and incentive.
