Job Description
We are recruiting for the role of a Front Desk Representative, to undertake all receptionist and clerical activities at the desk of our client’s office.
Assisting with administrative tasks.
Receives the guest and answers questions in person by telephone.
Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion.
Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.
Analyse and resolve service issues promptly.
Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
Maintain client focused working environment for team.
Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.
Responds to inquiries and refers when necessary to the appropriate official or department.
Prepares outgoing mail, sorts and distributes incoming mails.
Utilise effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.
Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
HND/BSC in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ cognitive experience.
Must be computer savvy.
Must be proficient in typing.
Must be presentable.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a Front Desk Role position is an added advantage
Business Development Officer – Lagos
Job Description
We are recruiting for the role of a Business Development Officer, to champion the business product and services out there.
Job Responsibilities
Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict clients’ future needs
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients
Participate in pricing the solution/service
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
Qualifications
1 – 2 years’ related experience in sales
OND/HND/B.Sc
Highly motivated and target driven
Proficient in Ms-office
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Base pay + commission + allowances & Performance Bonus.
