Meristem embarks on a yearly recruitment drive of candidates into our graduate trainee program (Meristem Starlet Program) where successful candidates are placed on a year-long training that involves classroom training, rotation across the business units and on-the-job training to transform them into well rounded Investment Banking Professionals who can fit into different aspects of our business with skills around our three thematic areas:

Completed NYSC
0-2 years post-NYSC (Candidates with more than two years of experience may be considered if they possess the relevant professional qualifications and have less than four years of post NYSC experience)
All disciplines are welcome, however, preference is given to candidates with Economics, Finance and Engineering related backgrounds.
