Tech Analyst: Victoria Island, Lagos
Description
- Develop and maintain test plans and cases for the bank’s mobility sector and adjacent verticals’ technology solutions.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality in the bank’s mobility sector and adjacent verticals.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on product functionality.
- Analyze test results and document findings, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and refinement of quality assurance processes to enhance product reliability.
- Participate in project planning and review meetings to ensure quality is considered at all stages of development.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts by coordinating with end-users and stakeholders in the mobility ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in quality assurance.
- Perform any other tasks assigned.
Qualification
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Description
- Analyze and interpret ESG standards, regulations, and frameworks relevant to the bank’s mobility sector activities.
- Conduct ESG assessments of project proposals within the mobility sector and adjacent verticals.
- Collaborate with the funding team on green funding and ensure that the purpose is aligned with various ventures.
- Monitor sustainability trends and recommend strategies to enhance ESG performance.
- Track and analyze ESG metrics and report on key sustainability performance indicators.
- Participate in the preparation of company annual reports and other ESG-related disclosures.
- Stay informed about changes and updates in ESG regulations and frameworks related to the mobility sector.
- Prepare monthly reports on ESG initiatives and stakeholder engagements.
- Perform any other tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- A master’s degree is a plus.

Mobility Business Origination, Partnership & Alliance Manager: Victoria Island, Lagos
Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mobility sector by analyzing market trends, conducting research, and developing strategies to attract new clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Act as contact person for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Assist in developing proposals and presentations for prospective mobility clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Analyse existing client portfolios and recommend strategies for cross-selling and upselling financial products across the ecosystem and its value chain
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets. Negotiate and implement contracts with key clients
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of key accounts
- Develop and track performance metrics for key accounts to ensure business goals are met
- Lead the Business origination, partnerships and Alliance to build capacity and empower team and lead cross functional collaborations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline
- PMP (Project Management Professional) – Required
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

Description
- Ensure organization’s resources are allocated efficiently by monitoring and tracking expenses related to various initiatives
- Develop models and financial forecast to evaluate the financial viability of projects
- Ensure all financial activities adhere to organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Analyses financial data to provide insights and recommendations
- Support process improvements by identifying bottlenecks in financial administration and operational workflows
- Ensure that financial statements are prepared in accordance with relevant provisions of IFRS monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Act as a focal point and Trusted financial adviser to Business Head and other SBU
- Responsible for driving the Business Plan for the Business, Monthly Profitability Meetings
- Assist in audits and provide necessary financial data and reports as required
- Organize meetings, maintain records, and ensure proper documentation of project activities
- Lead the Finance team and supervise analyst to institute financial discipline processes, policies and guidelines for engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting and Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Professional qualifications like ACCA and ICAN is compulsory
- A Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance, or related field) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of total 10 years of progressive experience with 5 years within the financial services industry
