HR Officer (Entry-Level) Recruitment at Owens and Xley Consults

Owens and Xley Consults is a recruitment firm based in Lagos that offers business advisory and consulting services to help Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

HR Officer (Entry-Level): Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Assisting the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
• Conducting research to support HR projects and initiatives
• Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Availability to resume immediately is required.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
