Key Account Coordinator: Head Office, Lagos
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager (Lagos 1)
Objectives
To drive the Corporate Sales unit team to optimum performance in line with agreed set Sales target periodically.
Responsibilities
Maintaining and prospecting for existing & new MT, Key GSM’s, HORECA & B2B Clients.
Picking, Processing and delivery of Sales Orders on an agreed selling prices.
Supporting Industrial users Customers with needed information such as: price movement, listing requirements, COA and Brands availability promptings
Periodic reporting Survey of Competitors Bulk prices & Trade Promotions.
Negotiation of Bulk Sales Orders to drive revenue/Cases targets growth.
Follow up on PO’s, supplies, payments and reconciliations of Accounts.
Identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Business relationship building tailored towards Excellent Customers Service delivery far above competition.
Periodic meetings with clientele to review Business Plans & Monitor growth trend.
Requirements
Education:
B.Sc or HND in any field but preferably business related courses.
Experience:
5-7 years sales experience in FMCG Industry.
Knowledge:
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Analytical skills- Data interpretation
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Excellent selling skills, with emphasis on field selling and broad distribution chain and channel networks.
Good rapport with clients (proposed and existing).
Must be a good team player, ability to coordinate the team efforts, working under pressure and must have a high level of integrity.
Sales Territory Coordinator: North East (Warehouse or Depot) – Nigeria
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager (North East)
Objectives
Manages a Sales Team and provides leadership towards the achievement of Targets and Growth
Responsibilities
Development of Business strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and objectives: Value/Volume/Ranges.
Dealership Management for growth and Profitability.
Responsible for the Performance and Development of Sales Executives
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets: Channels Development.
Prepares action plans for sales leads and prospects
Controls expenses to meet Budget guidelines
Carries out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department
Carries out any other duty assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
Minimum of 5 but less than 7 years
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of customer and Market dynamics.
Extensive experience in all aspect of FMCG DISTRIBUTION CHAIN.
Self-motivated to work independently, with team support to close the business always.
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. Numeric and target oriented.
One-Way Pack Sales Executive: Lagos
Reporting to: National Sales Manager
Objectives
Responsible for developing OWP (one way pack) primary and re-distribution sales of PNG RTD product range across all channels, while maintaining excellent customer service, merchandising and awareness.
Responsibilities
Accountable to prospect, develop and grow primary sales channel through Distributors
Effective Re-Distribution of all OWP portfolio across all channels, with focus on WS
Effective Merchandising & Display Maintenance
Maintain Awareness of all promotions & adverts
Assist in Processing and Replenishing Stock at retail end with proper report and monitoring on stock levels
Communicate Customer Feedback/ Intelligence Reporting
Accountable for managing credit payment terms according to PNG policy
Keep periodic report on sales/stocks from Distributors/WS using PNG Tools
Assure proper coverage on Top Outlets for this Product Category
Align with Corporate Manager the listing, sales, and category development in MT outlets
Requirements
Education:
A bachelor’s degree minimum from an accredited institution.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales in a renowned Company (preference in Beverages category)
Knowledge:
Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentations.
Ability to communicate effectively with Associates and Customers
Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
Analytical skills
Customer management
Experience in Secondary Sales
Basic selling skills.
Outstanding Customer service and Customer relationship abilities
