Operations Manager: Lagos

Job Description

• Communicate to cinema team in a positive, professional manner all company initiatives to ensure employee engagement and successful implementation
• Pro-actively manage operational costs on a day to day basis through effective management of team and resource utilisation
• Maximise attendance through effective local marketing activities
• Continually monitor competitors and identify opportunities

Requireements

• University degree with at least 4 years’ experience within the retail and entertainment industry of which 2years in the Cinema industry
• Full range of skills in training needs analysis, design of effective development interventions, coaching staff development, and monitoring the effectiveness.

Film Distribution Manager: Lagos

Job Description

• Ability to provide strategy plans required to ensure titles are successful
• Analyse all cinemas schedules and ensure revenue sharing ratio percentage (%) for each title agreed by film bookers from both parties is suitable to generate revenue for the titles released.
• Possess analytical skills to evaluate data from various members of cinema chains.
• In charge of negotiation with sponsors partners to promote titles and leverage cost of FD OPEX.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, Master’s degree preferred
• Five or more years of experience working as a Film and Distribution Manager, ideally within a similar cinema /entertainment industry

Team Member: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• Sells and processes payment of movie tickets, vouchers, passes, or facility memberships from customers at cinema events.
• Disseminate movie information to guests: current movies, upcoming movies, movie genres and information to turn inquiry to sales.
• Maintains a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting the company’s commitment to guests.
• Attends to customers at the cinema and ensures the seating and safety of guests in all screens.
• Offers the highest level of customer service possible to guests, donors, visiting artists, artist management, customers, and any other member of the public or administration they may encounter.
• Ensuring movie information: guides are available at the box office area.

Requirements

• A minimum of O’ Level degree.
• At least one (1) year work experience in a customer facing role.
• Must be 18 years and above
