We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Community Manager: Maitama, Abuja

What You’ll Do

  • In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the CANs community ecosystem.
  • Build metrics of growth strategies, ensuring long-term success and growth of the community.
  • Fostering a sense of community by building relationships with the community across a range of stakeholder types.
  • Work with the Head of Communications & Community to monitor analytical reporting in line with KPIs.
  • Administering co-workers and providing strategic assistance to co-work
  • Researching to keep an up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitors
  • Planning and hosting onsite and virtual community events
  • Analyse the effectiveness of our engagement and social media campaigns to shape the next wave of activity.
  • Ensure all communication and tone of voice is consistent with our brand identity.
  • Preparing detailed weekly and monthly reports on social media activity.

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Arts or Social Sciences field
  • At least 2 years experience with relevant understanding of customer experience, social media management and analytics
  • Experience working in a tech ecosystem is a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in G-Suite
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Great initiative and drive.
