We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Peerless Subsidiaries.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
Responsibilities
Analyze business needs and develop solutions to drive business growth and improvement
Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement business solutions, including process improvements and technology solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop business cases
Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and requirements documentation
Skills
1+ years of experience in business analysis, management, or a related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex ideas simply
Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques, including business process modeling and use cases
Salary
N400,000 – N550,000 Monthly.
