We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Airline Ticketing Executive: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
Ability to book and issue Airlinetickets seamlessly
Reduce turnaround time for ticketing and reservation to the barest minimum
Exude speed and excellence on the job
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales report.
Ensure conversion of all ticketing requests received
Render excellent andunparalleled customer services to all clients
Engage in key or targeted customer relations dutiessuch as celebration of special days, timely reminders on travel dates, etc.
Deal with customer inquiries and complaints with the aim to meet and exceed their expectations.
Integrate new customers monthly
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Ticketer
Certification by Amadeus & other GDS.
Skills:
Proficiency in the use of the following Global Distribution Systems: Amadeus, Sabre and Galilieo
Proficiency in processing of Ticket Refunds.
