We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Manager to join our team at De Outsyd.
As a Club Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our exclusive club, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the club, including staff supervision, customer service, and facility maintenance
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including marketing, promotions, and events
Ensure exceptional customer service, including resolving customer complaints and concerns
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to achieve business objectives
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the club
Skills
1+ years of experience in club management, hospitality management, or a related field
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen, including financial management and marketing
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary
N400,000 – N600,000 Monthly.
